QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions about Cardume.
What people ask most before creating their first carousel.
- What is Cardume?
- A tool that creates Instagram carousels, posts and reels that look like your brand. You enter your @ and it learns your colors, your niche and your tone of voice.
- What does Cardume read from my profile?
- Only what is already public: your posts, your colors and the way you write. We never ask for your password or access to your account.
- Which formats does Cardume create?
- A 5 to 10 slide carousel, an animated reel and a single post. All of them come with the caption and hashtags.
- How long does it take to create a post?
- A carousel is ready in about 1 minute. From topic to finished file, less than 2 minutes.
- Can I try it for free?
- Yes. Your first carousel is free.
- How many creations do I get per month?
- Cardume Pro includes 30 creations per month, across carousels, reels and single posts.
- I work with several clients. Can I use it with more than one brand?
- Yes. Each additional brand has its own separate space, with its own identity, style and tone.
- How do I talk to someone at Cardume?
- Directly with the founder. You get an answer the same day.
- Do I need to know design or marketing?
- No. You paste your @ and Cardume takes care of the text, the visuals and the caption.
- How is it different from ChatGPT or Canva?
- ChatGPT writes and Canva designs, each on its own. Cardume learns your brand from your @ and delivers text, visuals and caption together, already in your style.
- Does it work for my niche?
- It was made for people who talk to clients on Instagram: nutrition, physiotherapy, psychology, law, dentistry and more. It learns your niche by reading your profile.
- Does Cardume post for me?
- No. You download the images, video and caption and post whenever you want.
- Is it safe? Do you ask for my password?
- We never ask for your password or account access. We only read what's already public on your profile.
- How do I cancel?
- Anytime, no penalty. And if you don't like it, you have a 7-day guarantee.
